What makes a complete personal Trainer?

Personal fitness trainers come into people's lives to help them regain their health. Many athletes, health enthusiasts and average people that have changed their lives through health and fitness choose personal training as a profession. Personal training is a very rewarding profession not only monetarily. Also by the rewards of helping people change their lives for the better by health and fitness.
There are many characteristics to being a great personal trainer. You must be knowledgeable, motivating, caring, and inspirational. To have all these not only takes natural effort. Also a desire to help people achieve their goals. It takes many years of practice in the personal training profession to be a complete result producing personal trainer. First comes the hard work gaining the knowledge and experience on how to inspire and deliver results to a client. Every client is different and that's why personal trainers have to adapt to the personalities, work ethics, and desires of every individual client.
Personal trainers are always very egotistical on delivering hard workouts that they believe will produce results. Actually making a workout hard will yield less results. Because it was over train the client and may lead them to injury. A better approach is to mildly train the client and give them a good experience on one fitness and health is all about. The no pain no gain motto of the 80s has now changed to train don't strain motto of today. Another motto is stimulate don't violate.
As an  Five way Fitness Boca Raton at home personal trainer works with clients in Boca Raton Florida. I have tremendous success in getting people to reach their fitness goals. Weight loss programs, physical rehabilitation programs, strength training and mobility workouts, and overall fitness are my specialty. Training adults takes a lot of patience and tremendous experience and knowledge. Because adults have many problems with their bodies that they have experienced throughout the years. Bad posture, shoulder issues, bad backs, operations and procedures that have gone wrong along with not taking care of themselves in their midyear's. All these problems can be overcome with a personal trainer that is knowledgeable on how to assess injuries and deliver programs pertaining to the clients needs.
One of the most important characteristics of a great trainer is not only delivering a workout or a good one-on-one session. Better yet delivering an experience. That means every time the client sees the personal trainer such as I. I deliver extraordinary experience to the client for the time I spend with them. Inspiring them, motivating them and making them feel good about themselves and what they're doing. This is the true sign of a personal trainer that a successful delivering an amazing experience each and every time they get together with their client.

As a personal fitness trainer in Delray Beach. I’m always asked the question of how to do an exercise properly. This is a very good question and it is important for me to answer it. I would like 1st to point out that as a personal trainer. When I’m training my clients. The most important thing that I concentrate on is that they are doing the exercise correctly. This means paying careful attention to every repetition. Giving them verbal cues on how to align and adjust the exercise to their bodies. If need be, I will stop my client momentarily. Then showing them by example the exercise we are working on. During weight loss programs. Many of my clients want to see changes in the shape of their muscle or improved muscularity. This can be done through loss of fat through a nutrition program. Which will show the true shape of the muscle void of fat.. Along with the muscle becoming more tight and firm. Here are a few cues that I use to help my clients stay with their form.
  1. Remember you are training the movement and not the muscle. It is very important to stay true to the form. Rather than adjusting so you could make the exercise feel more tension in a desired area. This will ultimately throw you off balance. Plus you are going more towards becoming a bodybuilder rather than having a balanced body. Bodybuilders are very popular with having unbalanced muscle groups and postural distortions.
  2.  The rep count. It is a very important to perform every repetition correctly. Taking your time. Use just the right cadence for the concentric movement( coming up) the eccentric (going down) and the isometric which is a hold wherever needed the top or bottom position.
  3.  Doing the movement slowly and controlled Is very important part of an exercise. This way there is no momentum or cheating. Only the muscles needed  to be placed under tension will be used.
  4.  Repetition timing. Changing the cadence of the rep is very importance. Like the example of the Squat. The client can goes down an account of 4 seconds. And come up with the count of 3 seconds. This ensures the training that there is no momentum and that they are using the muscle needed to squat.
  5.  Breathing properly. It is very important to breathe properly according to the exercise. Breathing repetitively can make one lightheaded. Also not getting enough breath after a few reps can do the same problem.
  6.  Choosing the right tension. This is a very important and probably the number 1 reason why people don’t perform the exercise correctly. Choosing a resistance that is proper for the movement is key.
Following these tips will ensure that you get the most out of every exercise.  Hiring a personal  fitness trainer to take you through a workout that ensures that you’re doing the exercises properly and efficiently. Is a sure way that you’ll make progress at a faster pace.

The importance of hiring a personal fitness trainer. More and more people today are interested in getting healthy and in better physical condition. Many adults consider hiring a personal fitness trainer. This gives them a better assurance that they can reach their fitness goals quicker, safer and better results. I would like to go over some of the recommendations when hiring a personal trainer.
1.Hiring a personal trainer that specializes in the same goals as the client has. If the client's goals are to hire a personal trainer for weight loss. The personal trainer should have experience in weight loss programs and issues.
  2. Clients should research the personal trainers experience and credentials. It is very easy to get credentials and personal training. The client should ask for the fitness trainer's credentials.
  3. Another important area to consider is experience. The client should ask for references. These references can be researched on how much experience the personal fitness trainer has and the results he has produced. At least three references should be researched.
4.Finding a personal trainer that has experience in making clients pain-free, physical rehabilitation and specializing in issues that would be conflicting with an proper exercise program.
  5. The client and personal trainer should be a good fit. Meaning that personalities getting along. Chemistry is very important in regards to a business relationship with a client and a trainer.
In my at-home personal training business. I'm always looking clients that fit in this category that I have just described. One example I have is my at-home client in Boca Raton, Florida. I have been working with her for over six years. We have a very good relationship in regards to her meeting of fitness goals. We work together to make our fitness goals happen. Chemistry and relationship is a big part in the client's fitness success.
